Trans-Tek Linear Velocity Transducers, or LVTs, provide a simple way to detect speed of an object. Just connect to our internal magnet and push/pull it through the center of the transducer. No excitation required! The motion of the magnet induces a VDC output that is proportional to the velocity of the object being measured. Standard strokes range from ½” up to 24”.
