fluidyn PANAIR is a code specifically made for analyzing pollution over urban areas by taking into account polluting sources like roads, tunnels etc. Pollutant dispersion is influenced by the prevailing terrain and weather conditions. Using well established fluid dynamics principles, fluidyn PANAIR predicts the spread of different types of pollutants in to the atmosphere, under different atmospheric conditions. fluidyn PANAIR has 3-dimensional numerical solver which easily models urban canopies and street canyons. Atmospheric chemistry including photochemistry is built-in, to analyze phenomena like tropospheric ozone production. Traffic data and forecast can be easily plugged into PANAIR through the CORINAIR and DAVIS models. fluidyn PANAIR gives complete urban air quality modeling in conjunction with fluidyn PANEIA and fluidyn PANROAD: two other software of fluidyn PANACHE family
