Multi-head weigher is appointed for dosing of loose and fine lump goods by weighing, the required dose consists of combined weighments from individual scale pockets. It is possible to create the dose from portions of different goods so the required proportion of the goods in resulting dose is secured.
Function of the weigher is controlled by electronic control system and operating touch panel SIEMENS. Each weighing groove has own separate control system based on one-chip microprocessor.
The weigher is made of stainless steel, it's composed of frame layer to which all vibrating grooves, tenzometric units, infeed hopper, operating terminal and main switchboard with central control computer are fixed. Touch panel enables the attendance to easy control the machine. The machine could be cleansed by water.
