Operation
The pieces to be treated are placed on the trolley in the area of loading / unloading. This is done with the cart out of the cabin. The operator presses the button to start the automatic cycle, which allows the introduction of the carriage-with the pieces inside the cabin, then the automatic closing of the door and the beginning of the treatment cycle takes place. The alternating oscillation (forward-back) of the carriage with the pieces inside the cabin, coupled to the thermo-chemical actionof the spray, produced by high pressure pumps and nozzles positioned to reach all surfaces, allow a perfect treatment.
The phases of treatment and the drip are controlled, in their succession, by independent timer, so you can select the course most suited to the characteristics of the parts to be treated. After the treatment cycle, the door opens automatically and operates the electro-suction vapors system, to prevent their escape and te trolley moves to loading / unloading.
The operator then download the pieces washed from the cart, and replace them with other pieces to be washed, ready for a new cycle of treatment.
