These plants are especially used when it is required a high degree of cleanliness of parts, which can be obtained with multiple cycles, with or without protective finish, with or without drying finish.

Tanks in the number and type as needed traction in stainless steel AISI 304, 316, second type of PVC products be used. The hot tanks are insulated in order to reduce heat dispersion and energy costs
When necessary, the ultrasonic cleaning tanks are combined with a spray and / or hydrokinetic actions to implement the removal of difficult pollutants
Tanks for rust protection with Solvent (dewatering) or water-based (dry film or oily film emulsion) can be included.
There will be hot air drying ovens, or vacuum second type of material to be treated.
Automatisms built out according to size and weight of the baskets or frames to be carried. The automatism are realized with materials of high precision and strength, treated to be resistant to oxidizing agents and chemical elements, mounted on sliding guides, with capacities from 10 to 5,000 Kg
