Plant step by step with recirculating pallets "ILP-P"
The positioned washing systems ILP-P (recirculating pallet) can handle one or more pieces at a time in a fixed position, with loading and unloading, manual or automatic through robot in the same point or two opposite points.
These machines can be equipped with:
transporter horizontal double chain with idle rollers which allows detention pallet at the point of treatment with the same carrier on the move. It allows for unilateral or bilateral configuration as needed.
transporter with pallet Fixed directly attached to chains of transmission, each single or multiple, in unilateral or bilateral configuration as needed.
transporter lift-and-drag of extreme accuracy, able to make transfers of parts without pallet. The system is strictly bilateral
The washing of the pieces on a pallet is focused and positioned with the treatment of each blind hole and of every critical point through dedicated jects. The placement of the jets to clean the points may be achieved in two ways:
turbulent jet single hanled by robot (or robot-handled piece on jet drive):
masks with multiple jests fixed or mobile
The robot finds a better application in cases of medium to low production and / or high demand for accuracy and / or in case of need for flushing at high pressure (150-500 bar) The mask system is a used in cases of high production and reduced variability of the pieces to be treated. In these cases is taken, depending on the kind of pieces, one of these two methods (or both in promiscuous mode):
shift of the pallet to the fixed ramp
movement of the ramps to the fixed pallet
