The CP 9000 Extrusion Automation System is Windows NT based and supervises blending, width, thickness, temperature zones, pressure and throughput etc... on mono and co extrusion lines with up to 8 layers.
The CP 9000 provides a central operator interface to the extrusion process. This central interface is shown above on the CP 9000 Remote Operator Touchscreen. The system downloads and retrieves information from the individual benders, sensors and controllers to enable a comprehensive analysis of the entire line production.
