Design specifically for the molding market, the TSM OPTI-MIX is also extremely useful for small extrusion mono lines and low throughput Co-Ex lines.
The TSM OPTI-MIX uses only 1 moving part to blend and mix 4 components gravimetrically. It guarantees accurate material dosing even with the extremely low throughputs required by specialist molded end products. TSM's revolutionary hopper Dispense Valves are capable of dispensing material down to 0.5% and can provide the most accurate and repeatable blend control on the market with batch to batch accuracy of 0.02% or better. Accuracy is not affected by vibration or shock when the blender is machine mounted.
