Tsubakimoto Chain

A specially designed chain for bucket elevators that focuses on wear resistance and fatigue strength. Tsubaki provides chain specifications ideal for cement and corrosive coal dust conveyance. Uses a special connecting link for easy assembly/disassembly.

Specifications:
CT and BT Specifications: Primarily for highly abrasive cement, these specifications use part material, hardness, and spacing ideal for cement conveyance.
RT and Y Specifications: These specially designed chains are suited to conveying coal dust and other corrosive material.

Chains available in B10 - B120 ton sizes. The sprockets have high wear resistance and are equipped with replaceable teeth that have been specially thermal sprayed. We can also provide thermal sprayed replaceable tooth sprockets with even higher wear resistance.
