High performance coupled with low running costs The NTOG belt conveyor blast machines are continuous pass-through units featuring a material transport system comprising a special abrasion-resistant rubber belt. The system features a pass-through arrangement mainly comprising a central blast chamber with 2-4 or more blast wheels mounted above the conveyor, designed to ensure coverage of the upper surface and all sides of the workpieces. The NTOG belt shot blasting system lets you keep your initial investment and running costs down compared to the wire mesh conveyor version, which has twice as many blast wheels since they are also mounted underneath. Materials must be treated in two successive passes in the event the underside also requires blasting.
