The tunnel type machine "TC" is designed for the shot-blasting of medium to big size parts, transported through the blasting tunnel by an overhead conveyor, which can be monorail, double rail or with hoists.
Parts can also be supported from the ground by trolleys.
The turbines are mounted on both sides of the shot-blasting section of the tunnel, and their position and orientation are designed according to the type of structures to be treated.
This machine can be installed in-line with painting or washing facilities.
In case of restricted availability of electric power, the model "BASC" halve the number of turbines, which are mounted on oscillating supports.
Depending on the height of the machine, the installation may require a pit. The shot-blasting unit is supplied complete with a self-cleaning dry cartridges dust collector.
