K series: Housing Ø 58 mm, resolutions up to 16 bits/360°
The K series absolute optoelectronic rotary transducers are characterised by their high resolution of up to 16 bits (65,536 steps per revolution) with small housing dimensions. The measuring range in the single-turn version is 0 - 360°, and a maximum of 4096 revolutions in the multiturn version. Depending on the interface, they offer a reset button and an additional speed signal.
C series: Housing Ø 50 to 105 mm, resolutions up to 13 bits/360°
The C series absolute optoelectronic rotary transducers offer standard resolutions of up to 13 bits in a robust housing and shaft ratings of up to 250 Nm. They are available as both single-turn and multiturn encoders with up to 4096 revolutions. The range of interfaces extends from analogue or parallel to field buses with safety protocol (e.g. Profisafe).
