With efficient, state-of-the-art serial switchmode rectifier technology and streamlined system control and monitoring, the high performance GPS 4848/100 is the first choice to meet the demanding dc power requirements of large central office applications. This 48V Power System provides output capacities from up to 3080A in a single cabinet, to 14,000A with up to 64 200A/220A rectifiers in an integrated, multi-cabinet configuration, using either centralized or distributed system architectures. Available configurations operate on commercial 208 to 240, or 380 to 480Vac, three-phase, 50 or 60Hz, and provide the wide range of ac input, and dc output distribution options available for GPS systems. The system also incorporates the detailed system status monitoring and flexible control of the full-feature Galaxy Millennium II or the Galaxy SC Controller.
