The new AR5 top entry agitator drive units have been designed, as a standard, for installation on glass-lined pressure reactors, of nominal capacity ranging from 63 to 40,000 litres, constructed to DIN standard 28136.
The series AR5 drives can be installed also on unlined or special reactors with stuffing box or mechanical seal.

CONSTRUCTIONAL FEATURES

Compact, rugged construction, ease of installation and operation
Fitted with safety guards, in accordance with the European regulations in force, as standar (others can be provided for).
Excellent accessibility to all adjustment and control devices.
Mechanical seal that can be replaced without entering the vessel nor having to remove any
component of the drive unit (for AR5-80 units or larger only).
Audible noise level, excluding the electric motor, 70 to 80 dB(A) depending on the drive size.
