It is used in all types and forms of plastic wastes, paper, paper, textile, chipboard, wooden wastes to be reduced in size. The working principle is absolutely unaffected by the compelling effects of the material such as thickness, hardness, density. The rotor type, blade type, printing unit and sieve type are selected according to the properties of the material to be processed and all the plastic materials are working with high efficiency. Flat, angled or swing type printing units which are moved by hydraulic or pneumatic force according to the type and form of the material are used. The printing units are controlled by the PLC system. Thanks to intelligent PLC control and recipe system, it is fully automatic adaptation to different material types.
