ULMA Inoxtruck tilter allows an ergonomic handling/casting of loads, thanks to the tilting system 85˚ and 105˚. This equipment has an hygienic an ergonomic design that make possible a dairy cleaning, avoiding the microbiological contamination risk and ergonomic load handling/tilting to conveyor belt or other containers, reducing the effort. Hygienic and Innovative Design: The forks and chassis open the watertight compartment for the lifting system which protects all electronic equipment and controls with high elevation and IP protection, high cleanable design characterize the best, in which the folds and recesses disappear, and together with continuous welds allow comprehensive cleaning equipment without affecting its operation. Ergonomics and Efficiency: The ergonomic design of the handle and the existence of the emergency stop button and drive sides of the chassis to allow the operator to easily handle, reducing stress during transport and load dump. In addition, the funnel and adjustable turning angle, allow different types of work with different heights of boxes. 100% Stainless: Made entirely of stainless steel, including hydraulic equipment. Minimum maintenance: All bearings are sealed and lubricated origin. All joints are provided with bearings without lubrication polymer. Sealed batteries fitted to this equipment are maintenance.
