Modular design automatic 90º in feed sleeve wrapping machine to wrapg with shrink film a great range of individual products and collations.

Automatic sleeve wrapper with 90º in feed, ULMA brand, model SVA90º , of modular design, to wrap with flat shrink film a great range of individual products and collations.

The sleeve wrapping machines work with two flat rolls of film, cross sealed. Complete closing of the pack is not needed.

Standard equipment:
* Maximum product height: 350 mm.
* Productions up to 1.080 cycles / h depending on product and film.
* Powered in feed belt at 90º, with speed regulation for automatic loading of the product.
* Powered reel holders (top and bottom).
* Product introduction and seal by side cylinder (pusher) activated by switches.
* Sealing and cutting with hot clamp with electronic regulation of temperature. Low maintenance of the sealing clamp.
* Safety system in the sealing clamp to protect the operator and/or the product.
* Pneumatic presser over the exit table to hold the product during the cutting and sealing process.
* Stainless steel out feed table with gravity rollers.
* Control panel of simple use for all machine functions.
