New ULMA RC series "L" welding models represent the widest range for all type of retractable film packing.

Easily integrated, thanks to its size and wide range, RD series has been designed to be used in manual or automatic lines. It has a wide product catalogue which offers the best solution for each need.

Stainless versions of each model have been built to resist wet and corrosive environments and they have passed the strictest tests of security and hygiene standards in food industry.

Every model includes a simple control board to control welding time, shrinkage, rate, forward, etc.

A computer control allows a simple and accurate working parameter adjustment. Its powerful microprocessor conrols the electrical impulse generated for welding by combining different parameters "Time-Intensity-Rate", so guaranteeing minimum consumption and an excellent welding quality.

WORKING PROCESS

The operator places the product in the loading area between the two "semitube" films. Then, he pulls film and product, and places the latter in line with the welding area. Sealing frame is activated and also "manual or automatic" cutting. Then, the product enters the shrinkage chamber. Once film shrinkage finished, the product goes out of the chamber
