Filtration of coarse and fine dust, as well as particulate substances in all kind of industrial applications. For example: GRP/CRP-technique, laser processes, metal working industry, food and pharmaceutical industry.
A special fan with a large capacity of spare pressure generates a flow rate adapted to the respective application at the clean air section of the filter cartridge. The loaded filter cartridges get evenly cleaned, one after the other, by a compressed air shot released from the internal compressed air reservoir of the filter unit. Thanks to the excellent separation efficiency the purified air can be recycled into the work area resulting in heating or cooling energy savings. The cleaned off dust falls into the dust pail for contamination free disposal.
Depending on the size, the stationary unit can be installed either as single or central extraction systems. the modular design offers the possibility to align several units to one large installation.
