Hexagon Filter Cleaning System

General:
This ultrasonic cleaning system is designed to clean stainless steel filter elements. The system utilizes water and detergent in the ultrasonic cleaning tank. Parts are manually transported through the wash process.

System Layout:
The system is designed with a stainless steel exterior frame with all stainless steel tanks and a stainless steel countertop. The ultrasonic generators are mounted within the frame cabinet. The countertop is fitted with a drip ring around each tank opening to reduce run-off effects. System is built to provide a degree of protection against light overspray and splashing water.

Overall console dimensions: approximately 22" x 28" with a counter top height of 42 3/4".

- Tank dimensions: Octagonal shaped, 10" across x 38" deep (14 gallons)
- Working dimensions: 10" across x 28" liquid depth
- Fabricated from 12 gauge, 316L stainless steel
- 1000 Watts, 40kHz transducers
- 1000 Watts Average power, 2,000 Watts peak power
- 1000 Watt Ultrasonic generator with Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) filter
- 1" drain with 1/4 turn brass ball valve
- 1000 Watts of thermostatically controlled heat
- Sound dampening insulation: typically reduces noise by 5 to 10 decibels
