Roller Rack offers Carton Flow ready track and rack units to meet the structure requirements of the various storage mediums used in order picking operations.
Light Duty Structure
Roller Rack's light duty structure is for shelving storage applications. The framework is comprised of 1&3/4" square tubing delivering 1,000lbs per level load capacity for a 6 foot wide bay. Posts are punched on 1" centers for maximum adjustability.
Carton flow or shelves can attach to beams or bolt directly to posts. Durable structure does not require cross bracing providing clear sight lines and easy installation.
The modular design provides maximum flexibility to create stand alone carton flow units or add units to create bays of carton flow. Casters can also be added to create mobile carton flow units.
Roller Rack's light duty structure is ideal for distribution, retail and manufacturing operations where shelving is required.
Standard Duty Structure
Roller Rack pallet rack structure is for order picking operations which pick from the floor level with minimum storage requirements above. The framework consists of 1&5/8" x 3" uprights and 3" box beam as standard, delivering 2,500lbs. per level load capacity for an 8 foot wide bay. Other beam types are available to adjust capacity to match system load requirements. Uprights can be added to create bays of carton flow or deeper runs.
