Machines suitable for liquid and semi-liquid products, also with
high viscosity, to be filled into 1000cc to 6000cc containers.
Filling is controlled on each head by a mass flow meter.
Flowmeters are devices designed for the measurement of mass flowrate, independently of electrical conductivity, density and temperature of liquids.
Main advantages of flowmeters:
- Measurements are not affected by temperature
- Unlike scales they do not need to be adjusted.
- The flow rate can be abruptly stopped without measurement errors
- High filling accuracy
- Easy cleaning
In case of trouble a flow meter can be by-passed and the machine can continue its operation.
UNI 2000:
- Machine equipped with one or more heads (up to twelve)
- Accurate dosing and batching processes.
- Possibility to create synchronised units with cappers and screwers.
