UNISIGN
The Unicom 6000 can accommodate components with swing circle of Ø 2.000 mm. Standard pallet sizes for this machine are Ø 1.250 mm and/or Ø 1.600 mm and/or Ø 1.800 mm.
Typical of the Unicom 6000 with stationary gantry and movable pallets is the HSK100-A interface. For vertical turning operations the spindle can pick up a turning tool adaptor for the HSK100-A turning tools. The HSK100-A milling and drilling tools can be automatically picked up via the main spindle, the Unisign right angular head or Unisign universal head.
The standard full enclosure guarding is equipped with a safety interlock on the operator door. The door is equipped with safety glass in order to ensure a safe working environment while keeping a good sight onto the machining processes.
The control panel is located directly adjacent to the operator door and can be moved via a swivel arm to the loading station.
