The Uniport 8000 typical assets are the technical capabilities, flexibility, accuracy, power, capacity and efficiency. The Uniport 800 is available in 3 configurations:

Uniport 8000: gantry: stationary bed with movable portal bridge and hydrostatic guideways in longitudinal directions.
Uniport 8000-D: twin table: stationary portal bridge and 2 movable tables in pendulum or in synchronised movement and full enclosure guarding
Uniport 8000-P: pallet changer: stationary portal bridge with pallet changer and full enclosure guarding

For highest flexibility in machining tasks, Uniport 8000 offers a head changer that physically exchanges various spindles. The spindle carrier (or 'ram') is equipped with an interface that is capable of connecting with various types of spindles. The interface contains automatic connections for central lubrication, coolant, cooling, pressurized air and other connections. The following machining heads are in our standard product range:

For increased Z-axis rigidity and stability, the Z-axis movement incorporates a hybrid slide way system. The combination of hardened and ground rails with roller packs for the actual Z-axis movement and a hydrostatic dampening system for vibration dampening results is a fast, precise and extremely rigid Z-axis.
