5-axis CNC vertical machining center with integrated pallet changer

The powerful, highly dynamic and accurate Uniport 6000-P is a very flexible and economic viable machining centre. The Uniport 6000-P is standard equipped with full enclosure guarding. For operator access a sliding door is provided immediately near the operator panel. A large window offers an excellent view onto the machining processes inside the machine.
For five-sided machining, the powerful Unisign right angular head is available. The head can be indexed in the horizontal plane via C-Axis in 5° increments (option: 2,5°). For increased flexibility, the Unisign universal head is available allowing indexing in two planes via combined A-and C-Axis in 5° increments (option: 2.5°).
The pallet changer includes two pallets, each with their dedicated loading station. The loading stations are installed at the far end of the X-axis travel. Two large vertical sliding doors offer access for the pallet changer to the machine.
