The RCC 750 is a conveyor engineered by Unisteel. It is utilized in bridge and flat slab paving. The conveyor spreads with a width from 3m to 19m. It puts concrete in front of the paver finisher through the Divertar car. This has varying speeds, and is controlled from the operator’s station. The RCC750 is equipped with a standard flange wheel running on rail, with a separately controlled travel speed on each end. A conveyor belt unit can be used for bed and slope position, with minor changes in the pin connected bolted structure. A maximum of 35Cumt/hr can be spread with constant concrete supply, while maintaining an efficient work site. Feeding of concrete through a Transit mixer is allowed by a special charging hopper.
