MLH45 laser head The mta MLH45 laser soldering head is used in a variety of applications: joints that are too small for the iron i.e. <1mm, the part is delicate and requires a non-contact heat source, or the joints are in tight places that physical heating units cannot reach. For the smallest applications, and especially in case the wire size is too large to reach optimal results, the head can be combined with a solder paste jet dispenser in order to guarantee a perfect mastery of the complete process. The MLH45 laser head can be integrated on our standard specific soldering platforms including: laser MRC500 and TR300 on which the laser system is guarded with metal sides and mechanical door to protect operators from the laser.
