General Description:
Universal Pack's stick-pack machine, ALFA, is a vertical intermittent-motion machine to produce stick-pack sachets. The company's patented design to form film around dosing tubes is only one way Universal Pack ensures the reliability and efficiency its machines are known for worldwide.
Stick-pack machines operate with fixed sachet width and variable sachet length (different stick width is possible by changing mechanical parts).
They are built in 3 versions, according to the required reel width:
Alfa P (max reel width 400 mm)
Alfa M (max reel width 600 mm)
Alfa G (max reel width 1200 mm and more on request)
The machine's production speed is a function of the number of lanes and the cycle speed. However the maximum mechanical cycle speed is 100 cycles/minute.
The maximum number of lanes depends on the sachet dimensions and the cycle speed depends on product, film, dose, stick format and many other factors.
Piston Pump Doser:
Universal Pack is well known throughout the world for the high-quality high-precision pumps it manufactures in-house. It is perfect for viscous, non free-flowing liquids such as ketchup, tomato paste, sauces, mayonnaise, mustard, seasonings, shampoo, toothpaste, cosmetic creams, etc...The pumps are servo-motor driven.
