Universal Pack
General Description:
Universal Pack's signature machine, GAMMA, is a vertical continuous-motion machine operating with rotary sealing rollers, to produce rectangular 4-side-seal or shaped sachets. They can be set up with any dosing system and can accommodate a large range of sachet sizes. However, apart from the 2/lane machine, for which sachet size is flexible, (without changing mechanical parts) almost all Gamma machines operate on a fixed sachet width and variable sachet length (different sachet width is possible by changing mechanical parts).
They are built in 4 versions, according to the required reel width:
Gamma P (max reel width 400 mm)
Gamma S (max reel width 560 mm)
Gamma M (max reel width 900 mm)
Gamma G (max reel width 1200 mm and more on request)
The machine's production speed is a function of the number of lanes and the cycle speed.
The maximum number of lanes depends on the sachet dimensions and the cycle speed depends on product, film, dose, sachet format and many other factors.
Tablet Feeder:
For tablets big and small, Universal Pack manufactures vibrating tablet bowl feeders, customized to fit exactly your tablet dimensions, suitable to pack tablets, capsules, pills, candies, etc... Very reliable multiple-gate counting systems, broken-tablet rejection devices and checking mechanisms line the tablets into special channels and direct them to ensure that every sachet contains exactly the correct amount of tablets. Sachets can contain 1 or multiple tablets.
