Mobile compressor stations UKS-400V-131, UKS-400V-P4М are intended for filling of flasks and vessels in field conditions with compressed air, dry and clean, free of oil and mechanical particles.

Advantages and distinctive features

Stations are unique in their design and have no analogs in Russia and CIS.
The stations produce the highest outlet pressure in comparison with other mobile compressor stations – 400 kgf/cm2.
There is a possibility of choosing various pressure levels: 150; 230; 350; 400 kgf/cm2.
Mobility and independence.

The air is compressed as follows: UKS-400В-131, UKS-400В-П4М --up to 40 MPa (400 kgf/cm2). These compressor stations are used in oil and gas industry and in geological and seismic facilities.

The stations are independent plants mounted as under: UKS-400В-131 - on ZIL-131 truck chassis, UKS-400В-П4М - on full trailer 2ПН-4М. It is possible to install station on Ural or KAMAZ trucks chassis.

Сompressors are air-cooled. The equipment of stations is covered by a metal body.

The stations are designed to be used in moderate and cold climate in accordance with ГОСТ (Russian national standard) 15150-69. It is supposed to be operated within temperature range from - (minus) 50°C to +50°C.
