Ursviken Guillotine Shears

Ursviken's shears are one of the most well known hydraulic shears in the world. They are reliable production machines for plate thicknesses 8 to 25 mm and cutting lengths 3 to 6.5 m and are made for cutting heavy plate with relatively small cutting angles (adjustable between 0.5 to 5 degrees). They are also effective for cutting of thin plate.

Ursviken's shears are equipped as standard with openings in the frame to make it possible to cut plates longer than the nominal length of the machine. The hydraulic system is built up by modern block hydraulics with logic elements to enbale even and shock-free operation. Ursviken's shears are available in 16 models.
