U.S. Air Filtration can provide dust collector filters (liquid filter bags) for all types of liquid filtration systems. We offer a complete line of replacement and custom designed dust collector liquid filters to fit most manufacturer filter bag housings.

Our liquid filter bags are carefully fabricated and sized to ensure ease of installation and change-out. Liquid filter bags are available from 1 to 1500 microns to suit your application. Standard felt bag materials include polypropylene, polyester, nylon, nomex, or absolute rated polypropylene micro-fiber material. Mesh bags are constructed of nylon monofilament, polypropylene monofilament, or polyester multi-filament material. For high purity applications we offer FDA compliant PolyMicro® BOS series bags which have seamless construction, graded density media, and the patented Polyloc® ring which provides a hermetic seal between bag and housing. In addition to edible oils and other food and pharmaceutical applications, liquid filter bags are also ideal for use in semiconductor and cosmetics manufacturing.
