Description The machine V103FRC is a tray-packer suitable to realize visual-box cases type using stretched blanks, separated for the top and the bottom. The machine is particularly suitable to package rigid products (cases, vacuum bags, tins, pots, bags with square bottom). The lid can be fastened to the bottom through hot-melt glue, alternatively to the stretch band packet or to the packet wrapped with termoshrinking film. The packaging material are microwave, wavy or taut cardboard. It is an innovative machine since it is rucksack constructed (flange) and it allows an easy cleanliness and maintenance of the machine. Format change: it is prepared to be carried out in a simple and functional way using position indicators and replacing parts in obliged position. Principle of operation The blank of the lid and bottom are picked up from the relative warehouse. Products are gathered in the bundle that must be introduced inside the cardboard. The lid moulding is carried out thanks to the bundle ant to an hopper and subsequently also the bottom is moulded in the same way. The moulded cardboard is moved outside the machine.
