Description The machine V140P has been designed for the market demands that are: overall decrease, accessibility, format change simplicity and maximum reliability. The stacking of the product is carried out downwards. This system assures work safety even with weak, deformable products or products of irregular shape. The stratification is obtained through servomotor, in order to get work accuracy and format change quickness. The warehouse of the cardboards is position in order to make the loading easier. The cardboard is closed keeping it squared through lower and upper conveyor. It can be done using adhesive strip or with hot-melt glue. Principle of operation The cardboard is picked up from the warehouse and it is opened through suction cups. The stacking of the product is carried out downwards, thus assuring the right stacking also of light products or products that are difficult to stack. The stacking is obtained through servomotors in order to get format change quickness. The bundle formed is introduced inside the cardboard, after which the vertical flaps are closed. The cardboard is closed using adhesive strip or with hot-melt glue.
