The vertical, intermittent motion, cartoning machineVERTIPACKhas been particularly designed for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical field. It certainly represents an innovation in its conception thanks to the following main characteristics:
Construction arranged in-line: hence easy access to all working stations for the operators;
Carton Advancement by means of 4 toothed belts: ideal solution for the safeguard of the carton qualtity and relevant surface (no more friction between carton and holding guides);
Cantilever Construction: besides making the maintenance and cleaning operations very easy, the machine guarantees the perfect ergonomic positioning of the operators (in case of manual loading) as well as the ideal location of different supplementary automatic feeding system for products, leaflets, etc.;
Carton erection: carried out with the use of a special double suction cups arm that ensures the erection of square section or low grammage boards also;
Size changeover: has been designed to be achieved in max. 10 min. in a very easy and functional manner with the use of digital indicators and replacement of parts in fixed position.
