The Vacmobile 20/2 is a heavy duty mobile vacuum system capable of delivering excellent vacuum to the vacuum bag in composite manufacturing processes such as resin infusion and vacuum bagging over pre-preg or wet laid laminates. While physically small and easily transported in most station wagons, the Vacmobile 20/2 has successfully infused boat hulls and other large composite parts requiring up to 200 square metres (2,000 square feet) of vacuum bag. The system runs off single phase power (either 230 volt or 115 volt) and is usable just about anywhere. It is therefore just as suitable for composite repairs in remote locations as it is for factory manufacturing applications. Service requirements are minimal and take about 10 minutes every 500 running hours. Machines are now in use in over 30 countries.
