Valco Melton’s Flexoseal® system gives you complete control of adhesive application in both the contact and non-contact versions. Adhesive can be applied anywhere on the blank and multiple patterns can be selected. With an enclosed, pressurized system, you can choose from a wider range of adhesives. In addition, Valco Melton’s Flexoseal® system eliminates the messy slinging and excess pickup from glue rolls, making cleanup and maintenance minimal. Non-contact and contact applicator heads are easily removed via quick disconnects and are simply flushed with water. All system components adapt to every machine, resulting in a limited spare parts inventory needed in each plant. With Flexoseal®, you get a consistent, quality product through all machine speeds and changes. Mechanical adjustments associated with glue wheels are unnecessary. Adhesive pattern length changes are not even required when using the “auto-glue” mode. Flexoseal® offers years of optimum performance without parts replacement.
