The FlexCoat™ Series Applicators are ideal for slot-coating applications within the nonwovens industry and can be configured for continuous or intermittent coatings up to 500m/min and 1200mm lamination widths. All FlexCoat Series Applicators feature an adjustable nozzle mechanism that allows lamination in both directions and facilitates removal for minimum set-up times. As an additional option, these applicators may feature various adhesive channels for setting different grammages (coat-weights) and adhesive types throughout the web width on continuous applications and window frame on intermittent applications. Product Specifications Anodized aluminum body and hardened steel nozzle for resistant and long-lasting guns. Featuring MI III Speed Cut Modules on intermittent applications and MP II Standard-Cut Modules for continuous applications. Completely configurable. No increment limitations for applicator width. Optional adjustable filter can be turned to face the most convenient position for easy maintenance.
