86 series includes electronic pressure and level transmitters available with piezoresistive or Ceramic sensor. Piezoresistive sensors are based on silicon chip resistive Wheatstone bridge while ceramic sensor are thick film sensors based on strain gauge principle with backplate and diaphragm in ceramic material. All 86 series versions allows zero and span adjustment and can be provided with aluminium or stainless steel housing.
