Polyethylene hose
Valpar
For many years, polyethylene (MDP) has been the most widely used material in the dispense of soft drinks and beer. It can be used inside both pythons and towers. Due to its low cost combined with relative temperature conductivity polyethylene is the most commonly used material for water and glycol recirculation lines
Features
• Manufactured within tight tolerances
• Reasonably flexible
• Option of coloured stripes (ask for Codemaster)
Benefits
• Low-cost solution
• Ideally suitable for post-mix applications
• Easy line identification with Valpar Codemaster
• Suitable for use with speed fittings
• Polyethylene (MDP) tubing is a low-cost solution particularly suitable to meet the requirements of the soft drinks industry, especially in post-mix applications
• Polyethylene is also suitable for beer dispense although, due to limited resistance against bacteria and yeast growth, weekly cleaning is usually necessary.
• Polyethylene is better for beer dispense than EVA or PVC (Vinyl).
• Valpar Polyethylene tubing is available in natural, tints, solid colours or coloured stripes (Codemaster) for easy line identification during installation.
• Valpar Codemaster was the world’s first striped tube for the beverage market.
• Valpar Polyethylene (MDP) is a monolayer tube made from 100% virgin materials.
