Big-bag filling station

The swivel bag filling system consists of a filling belt, a swivel bag system and safety measures. The system is used to fill big bags of a standard size with textiles through the filling belt. The material can be prepressed inside the bag through a pneumatic prepressing system. The closing of the bags and evacuation of the bags are done manually. The machine can be equipped with an integrated bag weighing system. The system can be used by 1 or 2 operators, depending on the speed that is required: Bag size 700x700x1600 mm / 120 to 140 kg / 40 bags/ hour with 2 operators Bag size 1170x800x1550 mm / 240 to 260 kg / 25 bags/ hour with 2 operators
