The combined overcurrent and earth fault protection relay VAMP 140 is a cost effective relay for overcurrent, short circuit and earth fault protection. The possibility to connect arc flash sensors to the relay adds a new dimension to the protection schemes.

Features

Added speed and selectivity in the protection scheme is achieved by using the VAMP 140 as a fast busbar protection, using the reverse interlocking function.
The last fifty events are stored in the memory of the relay. The event information includes time, fault current, pre-fault current, fault type and elapsed delay.
15 minutes average and maximum current values are available in the relay.
Measured and calculated values can be connected to the freely scalable mA output.
