The CRS450 container reach stackers are designed to handle 20 ft. and 40 ft. ISO containers, primarily in harbors and container depot settings. These machines provide reliable and stable performance, have high stacking capabilities, are easy to operate, and are very maneuverable. The spreader is both retractable and able to rotate, making it particularly suited for maneuvering through narrow passages. The spreader also has side shift capabilities for greater precision in placing containers. Depending upon the weight of the container, the CRS reach stacker can lift while the boom is extended, for greater flexibility in picking and placing containers. Low pressure tires also aid in operations over uneven ground. These stackers are available with either a Cummins M11-C330 or Volvo TWD1240VE diesel engine. Both engines provide exceptional horsepower and torque for operational efficiency. The heavy duty drive axle is supplied by Kessler, a German manufacturer.
