Performance
High productivity and reliable press for briquetting of bio-mass containing cellulose:
- Wood industry
- wood and cellulose processing industry waste
- agricultural plant waste: straw, vineyard plants, corn stems, sunflower, tobacco, cotton, olives, etc.
The press consists of:
● Welded and heat-treated body;
●Crank mechanism, creating technological force;
●Guided piston;
●Screw feeder with frequency regulation of the revolutions
●Mixing bunker with capacity of 3 m3.
●Safety cut-off plate against overloading;
●Tool block with pressing hydraulic cylinder;
●Briquette cooling chute;
●Oil and tool water cooling system;
●Technological process control system.
