BS111 V is an automatic characterizer for weighing and rotating drums whose contents must be characterized, all this automatically. The weight can be read comfortably on the control panel, once the drum has been positioned vertically on the turntable by means of a forklift mover or a drum trolley. The drum turns for a preset time that can range from a few seconds to many hours. Only for mixers equipped with PLC, the drum can be rotated for a certain number of revolutions. At the customer's request BS111 V can be equipped with guards with access doors to the work area and managed by safety sensors.
