* Our heat treatmet furnaces cover a wide range of sizes and requirements, to cater for small tools rooms through to larger purpose built heavy usage applications. We can also supply baskets, jigs, quench tanks etc as part of our in house design and fabrication section.

* Robust construction
* High quality resistance wire elements mounted horizontally in the sides and the roof of the chamber. This open spiral element design provides excellent temperature uniformity throughout the work chamber.
* Door opens vertically to ensure the hot plug is away from the operator at all times.
* Door safety switch turnes off power to the elements whenever the door is opened.
* Choice of digital controller (See separate sheet).
* Single or three phase power source.
* A blend of high grade low thermal mass insulation, hard wearing refractory brick and double skin case design, combine to produce a safe cool outer case.
* Powder coating finish
