Innova SPM
The Innova scanning probe microscope (SPM) delivers high-resolution scanning and a wide range of functionality for physical, materials, and life sciences, all at a much lower price than comparable systems. Innova scans from sub-micron levels up to 90 microns, with proprietary closed-loop scan-linearization that approaches open-loop levels, all without the need to change scanner hardware.
