Description

The VEGADIF 65 is a differential pressure transmitter equipped with a metal measuring diaphragm. It can be used for various purposes such as flow measurements in vapors, gases and liquids with regard to effective pressure transmitters. It can also be applied to level measurements of those liquids found in pressurized vessels. Other typical applications also include pressure monitoring on pumps and filters.

With a deviation of <0.075 % and a comprehensive program for the isolating diaphragm, the device results in very good reproducibility and stability in long-term applications. The materials of its diaphragm are also highly resistant as it uses a product temperature reaching up to 400°C.

Its separating diaphragms are deflected using existing pressures. Then, the filling oil connects this pressure into a semiconductor that measures the bridge, after which the differential pressure output signal is measured and processed. This sensor is advantageous in that it can carry a high system pressure of up to 420 bar and is stable with very high overload resistance.
