Description

The Application area of Process pressure transmitter lies with the processes related to metal sensor. This pressure transmitter is specifically used for measuring absolute as well as gauge pressure. The products that are measured are liquids, gases, and vapours. There is also an option of frontal flush versions that can be suitably applied concerning contaminated and viscous products.

The advantages are that it is compact, has compacted design, and made up of stainless steel housing along with clamp connection and a cable outlet. With deviation power of < 0.5 %, its parts are made up of stainless steel.

This process pressure transmitter results in resistance to change in the sensor element through the diaphragm made up of stainless steel. This consequently gets transformed into output signal and is reverted as a measured value. It can conduct measurements in the range of 16 bar with the aid of a piezoresistive sensor element. In the category of 25 bar, the rear side of the diaphragm uses a strain gauge sensor element.
