Application area
FIBERTRAC 31 is a flexible plastic detector for continuous level and interface measurement on round and conical vessels. It is suitable for liquids, buik solids, sludge and suspensions.

Function:
A slightly radioactive source emits gamma rays which are damped when penetrating vessel wall and medium. The detector on the opposite side of the tank receives the rays, the strength of which is proportional to the level.
